- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a military discount to all who have served our country. We recognize the sacrifice and want to show you our appreciation. Thanks for your dedication & contribution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quite simple. 1. Call to schedule an appointment, and we will come out within 48 hours to take a look at your project. 2. Within 24 hours we will send you a formal quote in writing either email or hard copy. 3. Once ready to move forward you sign the agreement and give us a 50% deposit and we add you to our schedule and give you a start date. 4. Once completed you pay the remaining balance. We get asked to quote over the phone we have decided to make it a policy to meet the client prior to quoting to ensure we have a good fit for both the client and our company. We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to meeting you soon.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the construction world in 2010 by running a Lumber Yard. I sold materials to homeowners and contractors that were building fences, decks, patio covers, pergola's and more. I fell in love with the industry and decided to start my own business and become a contractor and have not looked back. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing the finished product put a smile on their face. I value my relationships, doing a quality job and meeting my clients needs.
