I've been training with Snaun for 4 weeks now and I can tell a difference already. Shaun has helped me with form on several exercises and he's always there to motivate me and push me. Ashley is also great. Her diet plans are easy to follow and have really helped me on the right path to reach my goals.
Wish they gym had more free weights however I'm very motivated by our initial meeting and can't wait to start training with Sonny.

I've been training almost two months with Chad now. I felt the difference in my overall health after a month. Chad is very personable and upbeat. He keeps me laughing even when I'm working on that last set of squats or the dreaded planks. He mixes up the workouts, where one day I may be working on weights to resistance bands to using my own stairs. I never know what to expect which removes the boredom from a typical workout. What I like most about Chad is that he's empathic, I feel he truly takes the time to get to know me and he cares. He's designed workouts just for me. Amber became my personal trainer almost two years ago, after I hit my highest weight two years after having my son. I was sick of people assuming I was 7 months pregnant all the time. Amber has been amazing to work with. She's a very sweet person who is all about building you and your confidence up. She's helped me reach my weight loss goal and to continually set the bar higher for myself with my fitness and training. Absolutely love her, and would recommend her to anyone. ☺

First let me start by getting straight to the point: Ben is an incredible motivator and trainer. He genuinely cares about your ability to become stronger and healthier. His sense of humor and interest in you as a person makes you feel like a VIP. Not only will he support you in finding ways to push yourself harder than you thought possible, you will also enjoy your sessions and over time have the ability to do things you never knew your body was capable of . I say this only because it is a key aspect of what keeps me coming back three times a week. Ben creates an enviornment where you truly enjoy pushing as hard as you can to reach your goals, and does it with more energy, knowledge and charisma than any trainer I have ever worked with in the past. I am stronger, healthier, happier and 20lbs lighter because of Ben, and even on my worst days I look forward to getting to my training sessions and working out with an awesome trainer and newfound friend.
I've been training (getting my a$$ kicked) with Evan for about 6 months now and he has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The workouts are always unique and I've worked out muscles I didn't even know existed! I get distracted pretty easily so I really appreciate learning new exercises and techniques at every session. The group I'm in is full of hard working and determined ladies and we love pushing each other to the end and celebrating our results after measurements. Evan does a great job of leading the group and providing individual attention at the same time. I'm also a visual person so it's great that he's excited to jump in and show us how to do something (more than once) and then spot us if needed (which is pretty much every exercise for me - so 2 extra points for him!) My favorite thing (other than the fun and supportive atmosphere) is that Evan will always push us farther than we ever thought possible. No matter how tough and challenging the workouts tend to be, we know with out a doubt that Evan is right there with us cheering us on to achieve our goals. I've already referred a good friend of mine and personally plan on sticking with Ev for a very long time!
Hiring Alton as a personal trainer is one of the best things I've ever done. Alton is a great motivator he makes each one of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!
I started with Adam four years ago, not having worked out in a veryong time. My level of fitness was close to zero. He personalized a training program for me which included weights, cardio and diet. I lost 60 pounds my first year with him. My second year saw me run my first half marathon....this is from someone who had never previously run. There were days when I just couldn't get motivated. Adam was extremely empathetic yet wouldn't let me quit. Over four years, we rarely missed a session and my life is immeasurably better because of it. I can't recommend Adam highly enough. Adam is courteous, prompt and dedicated and knows how to get results.
I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.
