- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is super competitive and extremely fair for all jobs. I do have some set prices on most jobs, but I like to talk about that more personally with the potential client. I am willing to work with prices always. Customer service is number one for me. Building a clientele who are satisfied and eager to refer to family and friends is more important to me than anything else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look to qoute for them after listening carefully. I prefer also to take a look at the problem in most cases just to be sure of what the problem may or may not be. I will always be honest everytime, forthright, and if all goes well, they'll see the integrity and knowledge I have despite my affordable prices!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NCCER certification ; OSHA safety trained and currently certified ; every year I take an 8 hr. refresher course for T.E.L., and update, myself once yearly with N.E.C. codes, also any and all new regulations.
