So I booked Santisi Bartending for an event I had at the community I help manage. It’s always a nerve wracking thing hiring help from a company you just discovered, because at these events, where 200-300 people attend, one misstep can mean total disaster. A late arrival, a bartender with a bad attitude or someone who isn’t there to really work, can ruin a whole event. So I had my fingers crossed and wished for the best. What I got was a person who arrived early, helped me set up, and took care of everything I needed her to do. I didn’t have to ask twice for anything. It was just handled professionally and proficiently. I will never again book anywhere else. I have found the perfect company for my events.

Diana bartended our wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She interacted with our guests and made them laugh and everyone was so comfortable with her. Amanda Mendez provided bartending services for our wedding. We received much praise for their service and never saw a line at the bar (open bar for 100+ guests). They did get caught behind an accident which caused them to arrive late, but they seemed to recover and setup quickly after that. I liked their outfits and the bar setup we rented from them was cute (and a great deal). The next day some of our guests told us they requested shots but were informed that shots were not allowed. We don't remember stating that rule when scheduling the service, so that was kind of weird. Nonetheless, everyone had a great time and definitely took advantage of the open bar. Would recommend. I’m reluctantly writing this review because my friends urged me to warn others who may want to work wit her in the future. We were very enthusiastic and optimistic about this bartender. Initially, was very prompt and responsive 3 months prior to the wedding day. 40 days out, we started having difficulty communicating with her and were getting few, short replies if we did. We asked her to send contracts to our venue multiple times with no follow up. We made the mistake of giving her the deposit without a signed contract. This was a lesson we learned the hard way. 13 days out, after multiple attempts in calls, emails and texts, we received no reply. Finally, we decided to hire another bartender bc of our struggle with communicating with this business and as soon as we said we would cancel her, she replied promptly that her phone was broken and had personal affairs to attend to which prevented her from replying those multiple times we attempted contact. We informed her that we would need our money back and she said that in her fb page and the contract she never sent to us, it states that deposits are non- refundable. She also proceeded to say she would still work our venue (after we had lost confidence in her) but would need the money up front. Please consider another service if you happen to run into this and spare yourself the money lost and the stress on top of an already stressful process.
