- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reflective of the scope of work presented during the consultation. A lot of variables come into play for pricing such as materials being used, complexity of plumbing or electrical being altered, etc. After the initial consultation with your sales rep, you may be provided with a detailed proposal for the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step includes scheduling a discovery call to understand the scope of work, timelines, expectations and project budget. Next step includes an onsite consultation to assess the existing spatial layout, utility layout, and proposed services to be provided. A proposal agreement is then built and provided to the customer should the project warrant one to move into the design and/or construction phase.

We have over 20 years of experience in the remodeling, custom build, and general contracting industry.
