Josh is easily one of my favorite trainers at Impact Strong and will more than likely be one of yours as well! His knowledge of fitness and kickboxing is matched only by his ability to motivate people through an intense workout. He is an amazingly positive individual and it comes out in his knack at fostering a community with the people he trains; from your first workout you feel like a part of the group.

Joao Crus' jiu-jitsu school is by far the best martial arts program/instruction that I've experienced. However, comparing Joaos program to other martial arts schools is doing his school a disservice. Of course jiu-jitsu offers a great form of self-defense and physical discipline. However, Joaos curriculum is so much more than a method of self-defense. He advocates and provides practical tools (through jiu-jitsu) to help his students develop essential life skills (problem solving, performing under pressure, taking responsibility for personal decisions to name a few). Both my son and I have been training with Joao for several years and look forward to many more years of training at his academy.
There are not enough stars for him! He will push you to your limit and then encourage you to go even further. He is very knowledgeable in the field and always has me looking forward to our sessions. Whether you are trying to perfect your technique or drop a few lbs, he is there to push you and inspire you. Very professional and an awesome fighter.
I've been working with Patrick for quite a few years. He has created numerous programs and kept me motivated to reach each of my goals. His dynamic background and extensive knowledge is impressive and he designs workouts that are challenging and suited to each person's needs; they are NOT "cookie cutter" plans. Patrick is fun to work with, incredibly motivational and is always a consummate prfoessional. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

We offer: personal training, boxing, kickboxing and boot camps. Resistance training, along with kick-butt cardio boxing/kickboxing, will get you lean. Nutritionist is also available. Personal training costs $20 per 45 minutes to 1 hr, and boot camps are $10 per 30 minutes (10-session min.). Boot camps: Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m. Personal training is available anytime, but boot camp times. We have a small studio for one on one, partners and small groups. Sign up today!
