From my very 1st appt with Leslie, I have felt very comfortable with her and having her in my home. I had a lot of clutter in my home; I have ADHD. Leslie has never been judgmental about my home or me. She really listens to me. She is a natural at this. She comes up with great organizing solutions. Yet, she does not pressure you to use her suggestions. She simply makes good suggestions and allows you to decide which ones work best for you. Her focus is on the individual and meeting their personal needs. She also works very hard right along with you every step of the way. I really trust her in my home. I have had other Organizers that I felt that I had to be in the same room with them to supervise what they were doing with my stuff. I trust Leslie to be working in another room while I am working in a different room. She is very respectful of my belongings and of me. I highly recommend Leslie in general, and especially recommend her in working with ADHD clients with clutter.Jul 8, 2015
Our family couldn't survive without Leslie! We have worked with her on and off since 2012 when she helped us downsize and get ready for a move. Of course she helped us unpack and took our garage from looking like a storage unit to a space holding 2 cars and very little else. She always has great suggestions and will do about anything to get you organized including take stuff to Goodwill for you! She has worked for my daughter and the daughter of a friend. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually charge a flat fee per hour. That way, my clients can budget if they need to, or just get an idea of how long each job will take and work that into their plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to either talk on the phone or better, meet my new clients before we get started. That way we can see if we "click", understand the visions and goals, and just take the anxiety out of the situation right from the start. Then we can also talk about scheduling. What works best for you? How quickly do you need this done? How long of a session is best for us? It's a great way to start the process that will change their world.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over ten years of organizing experience. I am also constantly reading, watching webinars, and attending programs that provide new and current ideas in organizing.
