My family and I were in Kyle, Texas for the holidays. We came from NY And Tennessee to meet my daughter and family. I thought about finding a chef that would come to the air bnb we were staying in to cook our Christmas dinner, selfishly so I wouldn’t miss a present being opened or a moment of our time together. Chef Derek and Nikki were more than I could have hoped for, they took over the kitchen like the professionals they are. We ate at a dinner table together, we were served the most delicious dinner, and they catered to my 3 grandchildren and their palates beautifully! Presentation was fabulous, food was delicious, and they were instantly people I wanted to have as friends. I cannot say enough about this holiday experience and the memories made. It was priceless. From prep to clean up the experience was sheer joy and and a bundle of deliciousness! I’ll never forget their kindness to us all! We wish you a new year filled with happiness and joy! Which you provided to us in one evening! Diamond, Brayton and Kabbah families❤️

Chef Derek was an absolute delight to work with! He met all our expectations, accommodated our dietary and allergy needs, and kept everything within our budget! To top that off, the food was absolutely delicious; he even treated my husband to his very own special dinner request, which was completely left field of the rest of the catering order! He goes above and beyond for his clients, and made our wedding day that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Chef Derek!

We hired Chef Barragan for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and the food was great. The staff was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests for the menu, linens, and bartender. Very happy with our experience and would use again!

We were going to use Chef Derek as our catering for our wedding in November. However, my fiance's church group offered to cater for next to nothing. Although I did not hire Chef Derek to cater my event, I feel it's important to let those considering him that he has excellent customer service! He was prompt, professional, and accommodating. I wish we would have had the Chef Derek experience!
