FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is simple and pretty standard. My potential clients and I discuss the goal; then we look at the pricing chart for budgeting and scheduling. I offer trial periods to make sure there is a solid trainer/client connection, and we meet to discuss other options following that trial period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For one on one clients, we meet for a free consultation. From there, we identify goals and a plan is designed to help the client work towards those goals. It is really important for the potential client to feel comfortable with me, and vice versa. The better the connection - the better the results. For group training clients, we meet to get an understanding of what environment keeps all parties motivated. Individual counseling is offered to each participant to ensure there is a firm understanding of the sought after goals. With both services, scheduling is of the utmost importance. I travel from one client to the other, and being late is something I try to avoid at all costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I frequently enroll and complete courses to stay fresh on industry changes and recent developments.
