I am an experienced fitness trainer who specializes in women's fitness, health, and weight loss. I am passionate and love being fit! I appreciate my clients, and we have laughs and fun while we work. I have an extensive dance history from age 2, so my training is not what you will pay for in a traditional gym setting.
Currently, I have private clients, group Pilates, and Lady Fit Camp: a group ladies' boot camp outside training. I train also at a small local members' gym.
I can assist on diet and planned meal programs, and also have many doctors, chiropractors, and local professional nutritionists to refer. I also know and have worked with many specialized fitness trainers and can refer you to my most respected ones.
I am a mother of two, so I am understanding, mature, and insightful pertaining to changing little habits that can help you get into great shape faster!

Currently, I have been working beside a fantastic local nonprofit youth sports program: G5 Sports. Mothers take my class while their children are participating in sports at the same location.
