- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is custom depending on the design and size of the product. It can start as low as $10 or go into the $700 range. I ask for 50% of the payment up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss design and flavor, taking as much time as needed. A contract will then be sent to sign. We will then go forward with the 50% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience in my field. I've worked in several bakeries in Austin. Usually in the role of head decorator and/or head baker.
