- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately with having so many variables from one job to the next. It's hard to have a one price fits all. But I can tell you that we offer the most affordable pricing in the area while providing quality workmanship and high quality materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We typically setup a brief phone call to discuss their upcoming project. If they can share pictures of the current state of the kitchen, bathroom, roof, etc. Along with some pictures of the ideas they want to bring to life. It makes it easy for us to understand exactly what the customer wants. 2. Then we will setup a convenient time for us to come out to the property to inspect the job in person, discuss options and preferred materials. 3. We will provide an estimate for the customer to review. 4. Once the approved. We will schedule the work to be completed. 5. Finally, once the work is completed. We will follow up with the customer to verify that they are 100% satisfied with all the work we have provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since 2004. I have extensive knowledge in roofing, remodeling, mold remediation's and surveying. I have also been HAAG Certified for Roof Inspections.
