Will was very quick to respond to an email I had sent Mitchell roofing and restoration. Due to the excessive rain we experienced over night. My sister had discovered a leak in her ceiling and I was able to secure his assistance in helping her out by setting up first information and contact information so that they could come out and inspect her roof. Because of the rain and high demand he kept her in the loop when he would be able to make it to her house. He was always staying in contact with her and even waited in her when she had to leave work to meet up with him. It was nice to see a company that was willing to be attentive to her needs with her home. She said that Will was extremely professional and informative and telling her what the next step would be.
