From the estimate to the first day of work; we had nothing but excellent communication, utmost respect for first time homeowners, quality of work provided and genuine honesty from Will (owner). He walked us through the entire estimate, line by line, giving us plenty of reassurance considering were not very knowledgeable with roof damage and repairs required. His team arrived on a Tuesday morning and finished our entire roof by 2pm. If we ever need a roofer again, Mitchell Roofing will be our first phone call!!!!!!!! Will was very quick to respond to an email I had sent Mitchell roofing and restoration. Due to the excessive rain we experienced over night. My sister had discovered a leak in her ceiling and I was able to secure his assistance in helping her out by setting up first information and contact information so that they could come out and inspect her roof. Because of the rain and high demand he kept her in the loop when he would be able to make it to her house. He was always staying in contact with her and even waited in her when she had to leave work to meet up with him. It was nice to see a company that was willing to be attentive to her needs with her home. She said that Will was extremely professional and informative and telling her what the next step would be.

Brandon and the Mitchell team came out to repair some leaks in my roof. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived and he was extremely courteous. Brandon went above and beyond to do the job right. It was a great value and we've had heavy rains since with no leaks!
