A trainer replied within 24hrs and scheduled an evaluation to go over goals. I couldn't be happier with the one-on-one attention that is personalized at WellFit. I am 47yo and had partial knee replacements on both knees in 2010. It was my fear that a total workout which obviously would include legs/knees may be painful and cause me to refrain from exercise. Just the opposite. The trainer took into consideration my knees and the fact that I truly haven't worked out my muscles in a gym in over 20 years. He created a program that has allowed me to ease into the routine with minimizing any pain. Since begininng 5 weeks ago I have lost over 15lbs and I'm sure toned up some muscle. Much of this is also attributed to changing my diet, which the team at WellFit also coaches you on. I can't say enough about Wellfit and the trainers.
I was referred to Mr Lawrence and the Techniques to Physiques training system two months ago by one of his long time clients. I have used other trainers in the past but Mr Lawrence took me to another level of training. He made sure that I was using the correct techniques on lifts and once I listened ,my stength almost doubled on the brench , shoulder and squat presses. His use of muscle confusions kept my body using contrasting muscle groups without me even knowing it. His boot camp is one of the best I've ever participated in and each time, I would leave the gym drenched in sweat. His camps and training methods are taylored to the indiviual fitness level and there are no intimidating exercises. His training packages are affordable and he will work with anyones budget. My personal results are as follow, waist from 38in to 34in chest flat to buff, arms from 13in to 16in but the best results I have received are the compliments on how much better and younger I look as a result of me exercising on a regular basis.
Daniel is probably one of the most detail-oriented trainers I've ever known, and I've been training since before he was born (50 years this July). He's accommodated my physical issues due to military service, and my only regret is that I can't come train AT Metroflex.
My 14 year old son has been training with Jason for almost a year now, and the results speak for themselves. Tommy is by far one of the best trainers I have had the pleasure to work with! He always puts your goals as his priority and makes sure you achieve them. If you are looking for a fitness trainer that genuinely cares for her clients, then you need not look further than Victoria! I have trained with Vicky with the last 1 1/2 years & have been very pleased with my results. I now fit into jeans I haven't worn in years! I feel stronger & my muscle tone has improved. There have been times when I have felt discouraged during my journey at weight loss, but she always encourages me not to give up & even runs alongside me to keep me motivated! Now that's what I call dedication to her clients! Vicky will tailor your workout according to your physical abilities, & will increase the complexity over time. She has always challenged me with a wide variety of exercises to focus on all my troubled areas. She is also a licensed nutritionist, so she always keeps track of my diet, & sends me ideas for nutritious meals. Honestly, had it not been for her help, I probably would have given up on my goal a long time ago. Understand that you will have to work hard though, because she will kick your butt! Lol! However, you will thank her as I do when you start to see your results! I highly recommend training with Victoria!!
De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!

What an Amazing Personal Fitness Trainer, the best in San Antonio, Texas. I have had the opportunity to sit in on other trainers spill but David is the real deal. David encouraged me to get to where I want to be. Because of David's professionalism, motivation and easy going spirit I absolutely like the way I look. I am now ready to train as a female body builder at the age of 58! Now that's confidence. Thank you David

Raul is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Don't let his age fool you...he knows his craft! He trains, explains to and teaches his clients not only the "what" of what we do, but also the "why". He has the ability to push my limits while keeping my workouts safe ( I have back issues). And more than anything, he motivates me. His positive and up beat energy level is exactly what I need at 500am or 500pm. If ever I don't want to workout, I'm always glad I did after our sessions. As long as I'm in San Antonio, he is my trainer for life!
Brittany has been my trainer for about a year! She is amazing! She listens to what you want...your expectations...priorities, etc. Then she takes all the worries out of the gym by panning workouts to meet your individual needs. Brittany is very professional and knowledgable. She is very flexible. She helped me get back in shape after recent surgery, adapting my routine to meet my recovery needs. I have never felt judged or criticized. Brittany pushes me to get the most out of every single workout while keeping it fun and positive! I never thought working out would be part of my life, but thanks to Brittany, I now work out 5 days a week!!!

The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
