- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide discounts for our First responders, Military discount, and Teachers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with new customers is communication through phone, then we like to set a date and time to come on out and do a FREE estimate, once we see what we are working with we give them our bid typically within 1 hour of our inspection. Once our bid gets approved we move forward with scheduling work and arranging payments.

We have worked with almost every type of customers. We enjoy doing business with anybody and everybody.
