Our focus will be to strengthen everything from the hands to the feet and everything in between. We will work diligently to develop balance and flexibility which will allow you to lead an active lifestyle pain free.
Want to run or exercise pain free? No problem! I will teach you the fundamentals for building strong joints. Precision and mind-to-muscle connections are key when it comes to strong joints. We will teach the body how to protect the joints by activating the surrounding muscular systems.
Are you an athlete who loves a challenge? If so we will take your body’s performance to the next level. We will build upon the fundamentals of footwork, strength training, endurance, balance and flexibility. With elegantly designed high intensity workouts you will be able to put your body to the test each and every training session.
Have unwanted body fat to lose? No problem! I will show you the most effective methods to burn fat while building muscle. We will use functional exercises to increase overall metabolism throughout the body and simultaneously speed up digestion.
Have you been curious about a plant-based diet, but not sure where to start? Don’t worry! I will share everything you need to know. You will be provided a food list and a eating program from day one. Designed to be customized to your lifestyle, my eating program will emphasize the importance of vitamins, minerals, and hydration. Providing the body with natural food sources to meet nutritional needs is essential for good health. With fresh nutrients the body is able to maintain its youth and vitality as we age.
Your safety is my top priority! Proper form will remain a focus point throughout your training. Often I will elaborate on the importance of good posture and the role it plays in overall energy.
Training sessions will not only be challenging, but will also serve as an opportunity to discuss all topics related to health. This includes topics such as dental care, digestive health, disease prevention, stretching, meditation, running, fasting, and many more!
