Charlie contacted me when he said he was gonna be about an hour, which was earlier than we expected, and I appreciated that – both the earliness and the text. Charlie didn’t seem to mind chatting with me as he worked, and offered to Cardboard box in which my Mantle came to me. Charlie did a fantastic job installing installing the mantle and even rehung the mirror over it, which was hung improperly by some crockpot who had put it up. I am so pleased with the ultimate Handyman company, and happy that David called me and was able to give me an appointment so quickly

These guys did an amazing job on my patio door replacement. The crew was very professional, arrived on time, performed quality work and cleaned up nicely. I originally gave David a glowing review, however after finding that he did not finish the job, and then spending a frustrating week trying to get him to come back (day after day he promised “tomorrow” then didn’t show and didn’t call.) He finally came back making excuses about his behavior He did what I thought was finish the project. However the next day I discovered he had only done 1/2 of it and I needed him to come again. Now I’ve been going through the same thing - he says he’ll be here at a certain time, doesn’t show up and doesn’t answer texts or calls. I gave him what was for me a substantial tip (I’m poor bc of covid) and yet this is how he treats me. I own my own business and I would NEVER EVER treat a client this way. I strongly recommend that you consider other handymen before this one. ☹️

Good afternoon. Ma’am, I have returned twice to re-staple the bottom fabric of the couch on, though I noticed you left out of your review that your cat climbs under the couch and that I had to have you remove the cat from inside of the couch before I could even re-staple the fabric on once again. I have pictures of the cat in the couch if you would like to see them. Unfortunately, me trying my best to fit you back into a full schedule for a non emergency issue meant I had informed you that I would continue to try to get there at my earliest convenience. The last visit there I made an exception and came out on a Sunday disrupting my family time in efforts to try my best and take care of a customer.

I started after leaving the military as a machinist. Started with small jobs and grew to larger jobs as I gained experience. I have always loved building and designing projects.
