Sarah arrived early. She was very professional, friendly, explained the process to me, and asked if I have any questions. She was done at a reasonable time and went over a few things with me. Her report was very detailed at explaining deficiencies and she provided good quality photos and videos.
I also like that she was affordable, she gives military and senior discounts, and referral bounce for trusting in her. I will be referring her to everybody.
