- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size, age, and features of the home. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for military members, veterans, first responders, and repeat clients. Optional services such as pool/spa inspections, and additional structures may affect pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request a quote, sign the inspection agreement, choose a convenient inspection time, and we'll coordinate access to the property. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed report with photos and findings, and I'm happy to discuss any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Texas Professional Home Inspector (TREC License #27075-PI). In addition to my home inspection training, I bring 18 years of experience as a safety inspector and 3 years of facility maintenance supervision. This background has given me extensive experience identifying defects, evaluating building systems, documenting findings, and helping people make informed decisions.
