- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my prices where someone understands that my company is worth bringing in to hire as we try our best to above and beyond.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to walk through and talk about what their main concerns are. I try to be clear about what to expect and what they would like done so I can have a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lift certification for outside windows and have been trained on carpet cleaning, spot removal, window washing and organizing.
