FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Several factors go into pricing: price of cleaning products, size of home and man power time it takes to accomplish the task, last minute rush request that may impact other appointments, transportation costs, lead costs, the number of reoccurring visits versus one single visit. Every appointment is a unique situation and therefore there is no such thing as a uniform pricing system. But I do stick to my word and am consistent as possible when I give you a number. I do not like unwanted surprises and therefore treat all clients in the same manner that I want to be treated. I look at all angles and try to be as fair as possible. This market fluctuates like any other. So if the price of living and goods increase or decrease, then the prices will adjust in order to maintain the business afloat as well as keep the employees satisfied. If your assigned cleaner does a great job, tip them! There’s no better boost of morale by showing and acknowledging a job well done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clarify their needs and wants, give them a realistic opinion/insight of services that can or should be rendered as well as what is in included in the price. Give options and or alternatives where necessary whether it be to fit their budget or schedule. I’m not a salesman, I just give them the honest, raw, input that I would like as a consumer myself. I’m here to make your life easier and keep some money in your pocket. Everyone deserves good service and a clean home because that is where a clear mind starts. It’s amazing how the condition of your surroundings have a direct correlation to your mood, performance and quality of life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
AirBnb properties, commercial cleaning, residential standard, deep, and move out cleaning. In addition I can take care of most handyman jobs and or lawn care too.
