- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. • Home Staging: Pricing depends on the size of the home and how many spaces need to be staged. We offer both partial and full staging options. An estimate is always provided after the initial walkthrough or photos of the space. • Airbnb & Rental Design Setups: We charge a $250 design deposit, which goes toward your final cost. Our service fee is 30% of the total amount spent on furniture, decor, and installation. We handle everything from sourcing to setup. • Custom Packages: Every property is different, so we tailor our pricing to your needs. Whether you’re staging for a quick sale or setting up a short-term rental, we’ll work within your budget to create maximum impact. • Discounts: Returning clients and multi-property projects may qualify for special pricing. If you have a specific budget in mind, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you to create a solution that fits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tailored to your services in home staging, Airbnb design, and rental setups: We aim to make the process easy, organized, and enjoyable—from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: 1. Initial Consultation: We start with a free phone or virtual consultation to learn more about your property, goals, and timeline. For home staging, we may request photos or schedule a walk-through. For Airbnb/rental design, we’ll also discuss your ideal guest experience and budget. 2. Proposal & Estimate: After our consultation, we’ll provide a custom proposal outlining the scope of work, design direction, estimated costs, and timeline. For Airbnb design projects, a $250 design deposit is required to begin the sourcing phase. 3. Design & Planning: Once approved, we begin curating furniture, decor, and layout ideas tailored to your space. For staging projects, we select from our inventory; for Airbnb setups, we purchase items specific to your project. 4. Delivery, Setup & Styling: We handle everything—delivery coordination, furniture assembly, staging, and final touches. Our team ensures the space is photo-ready and guest-ready. 5. Final Review: We do a final walkthrough (or share photos if remote) to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’re not done until you’re happy! We value communication, attention to detail, and making sure the end result is something you’ll be proud of—whether you’re selling, renting, or hosting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise comes from a combination of hands-on experience, formal training, and a deep passion for interior design and real estate. Over the years, I’ve completed more than 100 home staging projects, designed over 100 Airbnb properties, and helped set up 50+ rental units. This real-world experience has taught me what truly works—whether you’re trying to sell fast, attract more bookings, or create a welcoming long-term rental. In addition to my design training, I regularly stay up to date on market trends, buyer behavior, and short-term rental best practices to make sure each space I create is both stylish and strategically designed for success.
