Shalamar took care of just about everything for my wedding, planned it all a month before my wedding date and everything within my budget!!! We had many quotes from other caterers, planners etc.. None of which compared to Elegant Events. We were very pleased with her professionalism while also being personal. Overall a great experience and glad we went with Elegant Events to take care of it all.

Well their slogan says it best.."When you eat at Guido's, you eat with family". The owners will come out from the kitchen to chat for a bit; making sure you're ok, enjoying the food. They treat you like you're from the old neighborhood. I love eating there !!! I can't even go on a date night with my husband because the kids want to come and eat fried ravioli. ..

We used Longhorn Catering for our Thanksgiving Dinner for our company party. They were very quick to reply with the invoice after inquiry. They delivered on time and the food was DELICIOUS. Turkey was not dry and all the sides were very tasty. Very professional business to order for all catering needs. I recommend Longhorn to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

Tim has catered several parties for me, including most recently my husband’s 85th birthday celebration. Tim is very creative in his menu planning and always comes up with just the right thing. He is warm and friendly, yet very professional. His presentations are beautiful and the food is delicious. He only uses the best quality ingredients available. The end result reflects his caring. Not sure what I will do for my husband's 90th!!!

If you are reading these reviews to help you decide if Dilshan is the right wedding planner for you, I want you to stop right now and call him before someone else books him. All joking aside, working with Dilshan during my brother's wedding was such an enjoyable experience. He has all of the great qualities that an elite wedding planner should have. He is quite possibly the most organized person that I have ever met and he coordinates everything with a calm and confident demeanor. Having worked with several other wedding planners in the past, I can also say that Dilshan has other qualities that make him stand apart from the rest. His warm personality and helpfulness showed that he cared about my brother's wedding and all of the people involved in it. Several times during the wedding day his gratitude went above and beyond the duties of a wedding planner. At the end of the wedding he even gave my mother and nephew a ride back to their hotel so that the rest of the wedding party could continue to celebrate. He is not a good wedding planner. He is the best. Book him now, you will not regret it.

True comfort food! Everything is scrumptious... I absolutely love the seafood gumbo, red beans and rice, pasta dishes, and delicious homemade desserts. I've used the Red Spoon for three parties and not only was everything freshly made, it tasted great and was also professionally packaged. Great Gourmet Experience. Can't wait to plan my next party.

Amazing dinner experience! We hired Louis and his team to cater a small family dinner party of 16. We were celebrating my mother in laws 60th birthday. The food was delicious. We had a salad, bruschetta, salmon course, chicken course and creme brûlée to finish off the night. Everyone was beyond pleased with the dinner service and raved about how amazing the food was. Dinner was cooked in our kitchen and they did a phenomenal job cleaning up after the party. I would definitely hire him again!

We really enjoyed working with Ashley! We had asked for a buffet style Tex-Mex dinner for 8-10 people. The food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed it. Our guests loved the southwestern salads in decorative mason-style jars...cool presentation and delicious salads! I think what made Ashley most unique was that she pretty much took care of everything about the dinner - all we had to do was tell her what we were looking for, when the dinner was, and how many guests, and she took care of the rest. Really made everything very easy for us, start to finish. She came out to our house, set up the meal (with flowers and everything) and then came back afterwards and cleaned up. Thanks for a great dinner, Ashley ... we'll definitely holler next time we are in town and want to do an event like this.

I was solicited by many vendors after I posted by request for a caterer for my New Year's Eve party in October. After speaking with several, I spoke to Nicole and was immediately struck by how personable, yet professional she was on the phone. She listened, made suggestions and sent pictures of her work. This isn't just a business to her; it's a passion. We set up a time for a tasting and I was totally impressed. Everything she prepared looked just the photos and the food was delicious. She prepared a wide variety and agreed to do my party for about 40 people. She was easy to work with, didn't take exception with any ideas or suggestions I had and stayed in touch with me up until the event. Two weeks out, my RSVPs had grown to 90. I panicked, but Nicole was willing to take on the additional work load, encouraged me to stay calm and was able to determine the most efficient and cost effective way to manage such a large at home party. The party was a success. I got many compliments on everything from the presentation to the tastefulness of the food. You always worry when such a large amount is being prepared, but she came through. I would definitely utilize her services again and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for quality, style, professionalism and general support through what can surely be a pretty stressful ordeal. Nik is awesome. He was the executive chef at my company and prepared great meals for us. Nik also catered a ‘learn to cook gumbo’ party at my house. It was so fun. Nik is entertaining, personable, has great culinary skills and is an all-around great person!

Ben was great. Very easy to talk to. He listened to what i wanted and we came up with a great menu that all my party guests enjoyed. Wapo Taco values their customers and Ben even delovered the food and helped me set up. Do yourself a favor and hire Walo Taco to cater your next event.

I used True Texas BBQ as a drop of caterer my kid's first birthday party. They had the food ready on time and helped set out the serving line. The stuffed baked potato bar was a hit with the grownups and the kids at the party. Would definitely use again.
