- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive but still at a rate that allows you to receive top notch maintenance and service. I offer discounts for neighbors that book services together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk the property with the client and meticulously go over every detail of the services needed/desired. My equipment doesn’t leave my truck until the client is assured that they’re gonna receive 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4yrs on the job training.
