The house I recently purchased is at the bottom of a hill. Although safeguards against erosion etc are in place, I wanted to make sure that everything was foolproof. I reached out to Jonathan to see what his thoughts were regarding landscaping. Rather than suggesting something off hand he asked for my price range and worked with me to come up with an option that was best for my situation. We ended up with French drains. Since it was a new place, there were some unexpected issues such as a Google Fi cable that we were unaware of. Jonathan navigated these issues expertly and explained everything in a detailed, professional manner. I'm not a French drain expert, but the work looks to be well done, and the knowledge, competence, and very obvious experience Jonathan has give me confidence that I've done all that needs to be done to protect my property.UPDATE: There have been a few additional fixes that have been necessary and Jonathan has swiftly and appropriately addressed them. I've learned that in addition to having a good provider, you also want an honest and earnest provider if you have any follow ups, and you'll find that in Jonathan.

Overall, the finished result looks fantastic and Im satisfied with the fresh, low-maintenance design that Jonathan and his team executed in my backyard. The clean lines of the artificial turf, attractive stone work, and smart plant placement created a truly inviting space for my family. Though there were issues to be addressed.Professionalism and Responsiveness:Jonathan was always responsive whenever I had questions or concerns, making sure I felt heard and keeping me updated on the project timeline.After I noticed some issues with the initial artificial turf installation and missing landscaping fabric, Jonathan personally scheduled his crew to return and address the concerns promptly. This level of customer service helped build my confidence in their commitment to quality.Project ResultsThe landscape design has dramatically improved the look and feel of my yard, and the hardscape elements are both beautiful and functional. I did run into a couple of minor setbacks: some newly planted greenery didnt survive, and I discovered weeds where the fabric was missing under the rocks.
