What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront estimates based on the actual scope of work. We do not believe in surprising customers with hidden charges. Any delivery, disposal, travel, permit, or specialty-service fees are discussed before work begins. We also offer military, senior, and student discounts on qualifying projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and reviewing photos, measurements, or the property when necessary. We then explain the available options, provide a written estimate, and answer any questions before scheduling the work. During the project, we keep the customer updated and complete a final walkthrough or review when the work is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a U.S. Army veteran and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Sanders & Co is also a GAF Certified Contractor. We use experienced crews and qualified licensed trade professionals when a project requires specialized electrical, plumbing, or other licensed work. Our focus is proper project management, quality workmanship, safety, and clear communication.
