- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and upfront. Every job is different, so I give quotes based on the size of the project, materials needed, and the time required. I don’t have hidden fees, and if anything changes during the job, I always communicate it first. I also offer fair pricing for recurring services, and I’m willing to work within a customer’s budget when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, I start by listening to what they want done and asking a few questions to understand the full scope. From there, I give a clear estimate, explain what the job includes, and schedule a time that works best for them. On the day of service, I show up on time, keep communication open, and send updates if needed. After everything is finished, I make sure the customer is happy before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on experience through running my landscaping and home-care business, Scapia Landscaping & Homecare. I’ve trained myself in lawn care, tree trimming, planting, soil work, mulching, and pressure washing by working on a wide range of residential jobs. I’m constantly learning new techniques, equipment, and safety practices to make sure the work is done correctly and professionally.
