Introduction

My ideal client is someone whose passion for health and mental wellness matches my own. I truly enjoy finding out more about what makes others think and act the way they do, and I believe each session is a journey where you get to travel with the other person and discover the reasons and solutions to each and every problem they may be facing. Hello! I charge $75 per session, although I do offer discounts for multiple sessions! Just ask

I get a background idea on who you are and primarily how I can help! We then set goals, discuss what needs to be done, and move on to improve your life!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Life Coach, and although this is not considered therapy, I do have a background in therapy and also in nursing
