Introduction: I plan both business and social events by assisting in bringing your vision to life. Hours spent may include: - Save-the-date notices, invitations and other bridal/party correspondence - Guest accommodations (room blocks) - Reception favors - Hotel welcome baskets - Budget planning - Detailed wedding day timeline for wedding party and vendors - Vendor selection and coordination of their services: - Caterer - Baker - Florist - Officiant - Photographer - Videographer - Rental items - Musicians/DJ - Transportation You will be responsible for the vendors prices/fees as they won't be included in my price. My prices will vary depending on the services you require. Day-of coordination or assistance will be an additional $25.00 per hour to the contracted fixed rate.
