I have been working in the event industry since I was in my teen years. My mother was a set-up manager for Glacier Reflections a catering company who where based out of Anchorage, Alaska's historic 4th Avenue Theater. She was able to get me a job as the coat check attendant. After working there for a while by chance a server did not show up for work and I had to step in. After that I followed my event manager around everywhere. although, life throws us curve-balls and I decided to joined the military and served my country for 7 years. After leaving the service I took a moment to think what in my life made me the happiest and it turned out to be event planning. After a few years of that I wanted to expand my horizons and I attended culinary school for my bachelors in culinary management. Shortly after I started school I branch out into catering and linen rentals.
