Isaac cooked for us during a mom‘s weekend in Fredericksburg. Not only was he super responsive to all of our needs prior to but his food was delicious with great presentation! I would totally use him again when we come back to the area. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience. The chef delivered a creative twist on comfort food that completely exceeded expectations. The gourmet street corn hot dog was the standout—rich, vibrant, and packed with bold flavor in every bite. It was a perfect balance of smoky, savory, and just the right amount of sweetness. The smash burger slider on a potato bun was equally impressive. Perfectly seared with a juicy center, complemented by the soft, buttery bun—it was simple, yet executed at a high level. You can tell there’s real thought and passion behind the menu. Unique, flavorful, and memorable—this is the kind of food that keeps you coming back.

Asked Isaac to make something with fresh salmon from Seattle that was recently caught. He surprised us with a specialty ceviche that was so flavorful!!! Presentation was amazing!! Highly recommend!

I had the honor of working with Isaac for my private event of about 25 guests, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. He started with heirloom tomato salads and tartare that were incredibly fresh and full of flavor! For the main course, the buttered filets were absolutely unreal. They were perfectly tender, rich, and cooked to perfection with incredible depth of flavor. We each had our own preferences on how we’d liked them cooked and he nailed it! The salmon was just as impressive, and the sides truly elevated everything. What stood out most was how seamlessly Isaac handled a group of our size. His timing was great; every dish came out hot and exactly when it should. Nothing ever felt like it had been sitting out, which made the experience feel that much more elevated considering it was just him. He was incredibly professional, kept his workspace spotless, checking for allergies ahead of time, and making sure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. He checked in thoughtfully without ever being intrusive, and it was clear how much pride he takes in his work. Isaac is truly passionate about what he does. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him for any special occasion!
