I had the honor of working with Isaac for my private event of about 25 guests, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
He started with heirloom tomato salads and tartare that were incredibly fresh and full of flavor! For the main course, the buttered filets were absolutely unreal. They were perfectly tender, rich, and cooked to perfection with incredible depth of flavor. We each had our own preferences on how we’d liked them cooked and he nailed it! The salmon was just as impressive, and the sides truly elevated everything.
What stood out most was how seamlessly Isaac handled a group of our size. His timing was great; every dish came out hot and exactly when it should. Nothing ever felt like it had been sitting out, which made the experience feel that much more elevated considering it was just him. He was incredibly professional, kept his workspace spotless, checking for allergies ahead of time, and making sure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. He checked in thoughtfully without ever being intrusive, and it was clear how much pride he takes in his work.
Isaac is truly passionate about what he does. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him for any special occasion!

Isaac gave me and my friends one of the best private dinners we have ever experienced. It was a total of seven of us and we cleaned every plate and course that was served. I highly recommend him for any occasion or event. Friendly, and respectful the whole time. Amazing experience definitely having him again in the future
