I’m more than your trainer. I’m your excuses worst enemy. I’ve struggled with weight gain and emotional eating almost my entire life, so I know what it’s like wonder, “why can’t I seem to stay consistent?” I've been there before where I woke up one day, walked into my closet, couldn't fit anything and wonder, "how did I get here?!" I also know what it’s like to just need some accountability and a clear path to get to your dream body. That’s why I combine one-of-a-kind workouts, easy-to-follow meal plans, and lifestyle change strategies so you can hit your body goals and maintain your results! I'm not just another person that got in shape in wants to now help you. I've dedicated my life to fitness. I have a degree in Health & Fitness from Purdue University, been training since 2009, have won multiple fitness competitions, and now compete in NPC Wellness. I’ve helped women all over the country lose over a combined 250+ pounds, and 175+ inches, and build muscle with my signature system that focuses on total mind and body transformations. It doesn't matter if you're a stay-at-home mom, an entrepreneur with an unpredictable schedule, or the woman that’s just tired of hiding behind loose clothes, I can work to help you get and keep the body you’ve always dreamed of. We can do this! 👊🏽🧡 I have multiple ways of working with me based on your preferences. If you prefer virtual, We can work together remotely for all training and nutrition coaching sessions (via Zoom). I can guarantee you've never experienced an at-home workout like the sessions we'll have when working together! If you prefer more hands-on experience, I can also travel to you for an added fee. I can’t wait to connect with you!

Brit, is an awesome and straight up coach. She will not sugarcoat anything and sometimes that’s what we all need. I have been working with Brit since May 2024 and my body has changed a lot.

Brit was so so knowledgeable and what really stood out to me the most was her professionalism and how thorough she was. I’m a high maintenance client and she was responsive and helped me through the mental part of dieting so well.

A natural superstar!! “Gets it”. Cool, calm, collected. Focuses on you. Listens intently and quickly summarizes your intentions whilst fully understanding the challenges of balance. From a physician’s perspective; one of the most holistically knowledgeable coaches ( training/nutrition/wellness/wellbeing) I have met who practices what she preaches. GO BRIT!!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Since 90% of your results come down to diet, all of my training packages come with a personalized diet designed with your goals and preferences in mind so we can make the most out of our time together. Session prices vary on number of times you'd like to meet per week and location (in-home or in the studio I train out of).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a degree in Health & Fitness from Purdue University

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with women who are working out for the first time every up to advanced athletes trying to take their body to the very next level. I have a broad range of experience with body types, fitness levels, and crazy scheduled so no matter where you’re starting or what you have time for, we will make it work.
