FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several package options including month to month or paid in full options for 1x a week, 2x a week, or 3x a week. The more frequently we train together, the more the price per session rate will drop
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I always provide an initial consultation which is done over a video call. The purpose of this call would be for us to dive deeper into your fitness goals, and figure out exactly what you’re really trying to achieve. This would also give us a chance to see if we are a good file each other. Once we determine we are both a good fit for each other moving forward we then set up a date for our first session. The primary goal of this first session is to assess your movement patterns and figure out your strengths and weaknesses so we know where we need to improve moving forward.
