I offer personal training for everybody. There is no charge for your 1st two sessions. Call or text me for dates and times. Ken has been an awesome trainer! He is professional, patient, and motivating. He always explains his processes thoroughly and he is there for each of his clients. His flexibility has made it so much easier to make fitness a priority in my life. I feel that his vast background of training experience made him the right choice for me in recovering from an ACL injury. I have confidence that I will regain full strength and then some. He is great at listening to my individual needs and goals and I look forward to seeing even more results.
