Michael is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I have known him for more than 5 years now. I worked with him pre covid for in person training sessions and online sessions during covid and again in person training sessions post covid. The experience with him has been very positive. He is very knowledgeable with a professional background in exercise science. He is a thorough professional. He emphasizes on goals with periodic check ins and course corrections. He is well prepared for the sessions, such that you get a full value for the session that you are paying for. He is always available for questions in between sessions.
