Nick is very accommodating and has very down to earth expectations. He knows how to push you to 100% effort without burning you out and has never endorsed a fad diet.

Nick is the consummate Trainer. I have a bad shoulder and knee. After 3 months, I could squat 265 lbs and do box jumps and BTW I am 65 and beat up. I never ached or was injured. I was dogged tired 2out of three workouts per week and one of those just demolished but the results were awesome.

When training with Nick, you get so much more than a trainer. Nick is a trainer, a coach, a teacher, a mentor, but above all he is a motivator. He will give you every tool needed for success, all you have to do is use them. I've been training with Nick for 5 months. In those 5 months I have lost 24 total pounds of body weight, I'm down about 30 pounds of actual fat totaling 11% body fat, and I've gained about 6 pounds of lean muscle mass. I've lost 15 total inches, 6 of those coming from my waist. Guaranteed results. Every workout is designed just for you. If you are working out on your own and find yourself unsure of an exercise, Nick will send you how-to videos to show you proper techniques and instructions so you can avoid confusion from those numerous YouTube, Instagram or Google videos. He has realistic expectations for nutrition. Nick doesn't use any of the 'in right now' diets. His nutritional guidelines are scientifically calculated specifically for you. Nick has also given me reading recommendations. Sometimes seeing an exercise performed correctly just isn't enough. With his knowledge and recommendations, I'm able to read more about the how, why, and functionality of mobility and muscle strengthening in my daily life, not just my workouts. Nick takes his training seriously and personally. His success is based off of his client's success.
