If I could give a higher review I would. I have elderly parents who live halfway across the country from me who needed some couches moved, but are unable to physically do it themselves. I reached out to Home Muscle Moving on Wednesday evening and heard back from Luke the same day. By Friday my parents had their couches in the spots they wanted. The experience on my end as coordinator was so easy and I felt very relieved knowing that my parents were taken care of by someone as kind and polite as Luke. But what about the other end? What did my parents have to say about their experience? My dad called me immediately to thank me and tell me that Luke and Josh did a phenomenal job. He said moving one of the couches upstairs proved pretty difficult, but that they were able to figure out a way to get it done and there was no damage to the walls or floors. He was impressed and grateful and honestly, there’s no better compliment I could give.

I hired these movers to move an enormous bookcase up to my second floor. These guys took the task after 2 other movers turned it down. These guys made plans, organized it and just professionally for being young men. They put things back, move the furniture back that I had moved to make room. Just the most nicest young men, and funny, and lots of patience with me. Lol! I tend to be a control person! I’d hired these young men again.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Moving can be stressful. We understand how stuff can accumulate over time and that’s why we pride ourselves on dealing with your items as if we had on a white glove. We recently packed a 26ft. UHUAL truck with a 10x20 storage unit (3rd floor) filled to the roof as well as a 2 car garage full of items. Without seeing the storage and booking the client one week in advance, we estimated the labor to take 4-6 hours. The job was completed to 100% satisfaction in 5.5 hours. Our 2 man crew started at the storage unit then proceeded to the home garage. Every item was stacked securely, blanketed, wrapped, and padded with a good old “that ain’t going anywhere.”
