I am Active Military and moved out of my San Antonio home 5 years ago and moved a renter into it. With the San Antonio market being on the climb I felt like now was the time to sell, the hard part is doing so when I live on the east coast. I contacted Eileen and asked for her guidance several months ago before my tenants moved out. She and her team conducted the final move out inspection with picture documentation and coordinated the painting and preparation for the house to go on the market within 5 days of move out. The home went on the Market and we had a near full price cash offer within 6 days. As first time home buyers we were very intimidated and worried about the whole process of buying a home. We consulted this award winning, highly reputable Realtor, Eileen Willis, who had us worth with her buyer agent Philip Tardbania. While we were required to sign a buyers agreement, we were assured that it wasn't binding if we didn't feel like he was doing his job. He was outstanding! We found Philip to be very competent and straight forward. He took our shopping list and searched for homes and we ended up putting in an offer on the very first house we looked at. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were paying the right price for it and set accurate expectations for us throughout the entire experience. He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and was very forthcoming with recommendations, suggestions and advice. Save yourself a ton of headache by using who he recommends! He knows his stuff and every person we hired on his recommendation gave us stellar service. We felt he was truly looking out for our best interest and kept in diligent contact with us. Eileen and Phillip are the best! They sold our condo in San Antonio and we bought with them a new house. We are planing on buying an investment house again in the future and with no doubt we will contact them again. They are extremely profesional and they truly care for their clients doing MUCH more than expected, they are ALWAYS in contact and take care of every minimum detail that most realtors wouldn’t even consider. As long as they are in the business I would never consider working with other realtors in San Antonio. They are amazing.
