- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not too complicated: I calculate what the project is gonna need from me, decide on a price based on that, and that way when I start getting tweaky or really want to hang out on a detail to get it perfectly polished, we don't all turn into clockwatchers the project gets what it needs, and we're all happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Listen, listen, listen! Read, read, read. I haven't taken formal courses, but I take advantage of *any* new information there is out there that can help me be better at what I do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's like anything else in life. I simply couldn't bear to not do it. Whatever you find yourself *doing* all the time that's what you love.
