What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i require you to sign up for a semester (about 16 classes) this is to ensure you or your child has the time to learn the new instrument. and payment or partial payment is required before hand this also holds your spot as i have other clients that are regulars for two years and i have their spot locked in. you can cancel a lesson i under and that things happen especially with children and flu season. please let me know 24 hours if you can and makeup the lesson within two weeks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
make sure we have fun and do a simple introductory lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. in English and teaching also i am a professional touring musician. I have taken online classes through Berklee College of Music. And numerous vocal coaching classes and workshops as well as college courses for voice, piano, and guitar.
