I'm very thankful that I found Aldo Zuta to install tile in our bathroom. I had been putting off this project for a while because it can be difficult to find someone who is professional in their work and communication. The most important part is that he did a great job on the floor and clearly has expertise in this area. Before contacting him, I was in communication with another contractor but they were not going to be as thorough in waterproofing under the tile. When Aldo told me the plan for waterproofing, I knew he was not taking any shortcuts and would do a thorough job. What I appreciated most was his reliable and clear communication. He showed up on time and responded to messages and calls promptly. If you've ever had a negative experience with other contractors not being responsive or canceling on you, you'll understand why this is so valuable. It was also very important to me that I could feel comfortable with him in my home. As a woman with young children at home, this was a major deciding factor. He was friendly and made me feel at ease. I will be sure to recommend Zuta Tile and Flooring to others.
