They responded immediately and also was able to add me to the schedule instantly. However, as mentioned, the repair was too costly. Not only did he attempt to charge me a service charge of $85 even though the site clearly stated it was a free service call, but to change out the capacitor was quoted at $385. I understand you have to charge your value but $385 for a part that’s less than $30 and took my husband less than 10 min to replace. Would I recommend to others…yes, but economically it wasn’t feasible for us."See more
