- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our quoted prices are from our trusted travel partners. All discounts, sales, our specials are passed on directly to our clients. We are paid directly by our global travel partners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. An initial introductory telephone call to hear and understand the client’s specific or general travel needs, wants and none negotiable travel requirements. This would include but is not limited to the following inquiries: preferred or required travel dates; meal restrictions; special assistance or accommodation requirements; number of travelers; budget range; etc. We would also like to know if it is for a special occasion and what type of accommodations the traveler prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training includes a bachelors degree in accounting with over 30 graduate hours towards a master’s degree in human relations. In additional to the following: 1. Over 30 years of international travel experience as a military spouse. 2. Over 5 years of experience as an independent travel agent. 3. Certified Luxury Advisor, Certified Dream Maker and Certified Vacation Builder with my host agency, InteleTravel (An award winning host travel agency with over 25 years of global experience and the recipient of two Megellan Awards in 2019 from Travel Weekly).
