Gavin performed an excellent job mounting my tv, sound bar, and installing the in-wall cable kit. He was very professional and polite when speaking with me and while in my home. He had great communication when setting up the install and letting me know when he was on the way. As for the install itself, he ensured that the entire project was exactly how I wanted it before he finalized everything. He also organized cords and zip tied some lines to keep things clean and organized.
For the in-wall wire kit, he ran the wires that I had but, due to poor planning on my part, I did not have HDMI cables long enough to run through the wall. Gavin offered to return and run the wires on another date when I bought the cables. I ended up doing it myself as it wasn’t too tough, but I appreciated the offer and his willingness to go above and beyond for customer service.
Overall Gavin did a great job and I would highly recommend him for your projects.
