- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date. After which you'll receive tips and helpful information on how to best prepare for our shoot. The total is due before our scheduled shoot date. Delivery of product is typically scheduled for 4-6 weeks after our shoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I begin the process by getting to know my clients and the image of what perfect look like in their mind. I build a baseline for expectations and an understanding of their needs. Then, I'll describe my process and talk about how we might be a good fit in collaboration. Moving forward, I'll deliver helpful tips and info designed to create the best possible experience and prep you for our shoot. I'll be sure to send you a reminder the day before our shoot and give you lots of coaching during. Once we're done with our photo shoot, I'll keep you in the loop as post production comes along. Then finally deliver a personalized flash drive with your imagery right to your door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A few classes a year doesn't hurt but, education is forever a necessity. I spend about an hour everyday researching new tools or techniques and take classes twice a year from other professionals in my industry.
