Depends on service, referral, location and interaction with customer.

Depends... Usually to assist the customer without them having to hire a tech.. If a tech is needed my prices are competitive..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 tech schools in NJ/NY for a total of 4 years. I've worked for Panasonic and Gucci as well.
