I have 12 year experience working with cakes. I pride myself in that I make homemade buttercream icing and receive many compliments on it. I ensure I use high end ingredients in my cakes and also make my fillings from scratch. I love putting smiles on my customers faces for the special events or their loved one's events. Sonia was great. We forgot to book someone for our cake and she was available. We sent her a picture of the cake we liked (found on pintrest) and she was confident she could do it. She was always in contact, replied fast to emails and asked questions to make sure what we wanted was made clear to her. She had great choices for cake and filling. She only does butter cream, which was not a problem because we hate fondant. She delivered the cake to the venue in a timely manner. We never did a tasting, but we had lots of compliments on the cake. Actually, we had no cake left over. It was also a very reasonable price. And we were impressed as to how it looked exactly like the picture we sent her. We planned an out of state wedding and she was helpful, responsive and her cake was delicious,

My experience with Sonia has been great. She did everything to make my order as personal as possible. The person who received the cupcake bouquet loved everything about it, from the look to the tast. Within the week I placed my 2nd order with her and she has kept in contact with me and given me ideas as well as sending me pictures to give me a visual. She responds quickly to any questions/comments etc. I look forward to more orders :)

Basic pricing starts at $2.50 per slice for 2 tier cakes. Prices and fees go up depending on number of tiers, premium cake flavors or premium fillings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my couple and find out about their wedding. Do they have a theme, color scheme etc. I like to have them show me the designs they like and from there we then begin creating and designing a cake that is just right for them and their special day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I do read up on the latest techniques and watch tutorials. Staying abreast of the latest designs is key to this business.
