- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be competitive with the pricing of my services however I do like to make sure that you get the most value for your dollar! There is a travel fee outside a 100 mile radius from my address so when I send you a quote, it includes the travel fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do like to get a feel for the bride and groom by talking with them about their ceremony by giving them samples to look over and then writing a ceremony for them to approve which they will get to have as a keepsake.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well whenever I run into something different I do lots of research as to how the ceremony should proceed and how the bride and groom want it, so I would say that all my Education and Training is by experience!
