FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that pricing is important to many clients. We've been in business for over 10 years and we've learned how to make the dollar stretch for events. We are very conscience of budget and will work diligently to provide a beautiful event within our clients target price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to sit down (or video chat) with new clients to get a better idea of their likes and dislikes. We strive to create an event that is within the style and theme that our clients are wanting. We find meeting or discussing the event, gives us a better understanding of what will need to be done for the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in the event planning business when a former co-worker reached out and asked that I assist her with her wedding event. She remembered that I was stickler for details and thought this line of work would be challenging but fun for me. That first event was hectic and fast paced but I loved every minute of it. I continued to work for her until she moved to the hill country area. After her move she encouraged me to start my own company because she felt I had a knack for the work and would be successful. Since I started the business it has been full speed ahead.
