There are no hidden fees—we clearly outline all costs in your proposal, including service, rentals (if applicable), and any additional staffing needs. Our goal is to make your planning stress-free and your event unforgettable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Indie Eatz, every event begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your vision, dietary needs, and personal tastes so we can create a custom menu that reflects your style and exceeds your expectations. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Phone Consultation We start with a friendly, no-obligation phone call to learn more about your event, discuss any dietary restrictions or preferences, and get a sense of the flavors and dishes you love. Customized Menu Proposal Based on our conversation, we’ll craft a seasonal menu with multiple pricing tiers (low, medium, high) to give you flexibility and transparency. Complimentary Tasting Once you’ve reviewed the menu, we’ll schedule a free tasting so you can experience the food and presentation firsthand. This is also a great opportunity to make any final tweaks. Event Planning & Execution After your menu is finalized, we’ll take care of the details—from staffing to setup—so you can relax and enjoy your event. Our team is professional, punctual, and passionate about service. We pride ourselves on crafting memorable dining experiences with the freshest ingredients and warm, attentive care.
